How can I book the parking lot?

It is necessary to fill in the form with all information and then it is requested the payment of 10,00 €, as a deposit not refundable. The payment of the other 60,00 € will be done directly at the parking lot the day of the arrival (day of departure of the ship). Which is the address of the parking lot?

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes, from  the parking area to the ship (and return).

How can I pay?

The payment can be made via Paypal or by credit card/prepaid card on our website: http://www.triesteterminal.it/cruise-parking-reservation/

How can I do if I don’t have a credit card or a Paypal account?

It is possible to park into the parking lot, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the places. As an alternative, it is possible to go to the parking lot MOLO IV which is located about 200m from the parking lot reserved for cruise passengers. The parking lot MOLO IV is open 24/7. The price from Sunday to Sunday is 70.00 € (the price is 1,00 € / hour up to 5 hours, from 6 to 12 hours the price is 6,00 € and from 12 to 24h the price is 10,00 €).

You take the ticket at the incoming beam, you can leave it into the car so that you don’t risk to lose it and then, when you return from the cruise, you can pay by entering the ticket into the automatic cash machines. Don’t forget to take the ticket at the automatic cash machines in order to enter  it at the exiting beam.

In the case that I cannot make the reservation, is there another parking lot available?

How can I do if I have planned an excursion with Costa the day of arrival (at the end of the cruise) so I cannot pick up the car by 12:00 o’clock?

What is the timetable of the parking lot?

The car park is only open on Sunday (day of arrival / departure of the ship in Trieste) from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm. The vehicle can be left in the car park from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (boarding day) and can be picked up from 7:00 to 12:00 (day of disembarkation)

My cruise ends on Saturday (Venice), can I pick up the car that day?

Only in case of extreme necessity and emergency you can pick up the car at different times and days and only upon request. If the withdrawal is carried out from 1.30 pm on Sunday to 7.00 am of Sunday, it is requested the further payment of Euro 50,00 plus VAT.

I cannot complete the process of booking.

Check if you have entered all the required data (mandatory). If the problem persists try to make a reservation from PC by using Firefox or Mozilla and, possibly, not a Mac.
